Amendments to the Land Code are going to come into force soon. According to the amendments, municipalities shall obtain communal ownership of lands outside the territory of settlements. Participants of the round table «Municipality land resources management – a myth or reality?» within the DOBRE USAID Programme tried to come to know how to obtain the territories, which lands should be registered and what should be done further to use the opportunities as efficiently as possible.
