At 10:00 on May, 17 the online-conference «Hromadas on the Way to Capability» is starting. During the conference there will be panel discussions, involving representatives of international technical aid programmes and associations, hromadas-partners of the USAID DOBRE Programme. Participants will share practical experience of developing hromadas. Exemplary hromadas-graduates of the USAID DOBRE Programme will be awarded for their successful work.

The event will be broadcast in Facebook at the page of the online-conference «Hromadas on the Way to Capability» and of the DOBRE Programme, Decentralisation and the Ukraine Crisis Media Center, as well as at the Youtube-channel of the Ukraine Crisis Media Center in Ukrainian and English.
