It was highlighted by the Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Oleksiy Chernyshov at the meeting of the Consultative Council on local self-government. The meeting took place, initiated by the head of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmytro Razumkov, to involve representatives of all those concerned in the discussion of important issues of the local self-government reform.
