The manual «Local Economic Development in Territorial Hromadas: Useful Tips and Best Practices» has been presented at the press-centre of the Ukraine Crisis Media-Centre. The manual, developed by the USAID DOBRE Programme, is available online.

"The current aim is to inform hromadas of Ukraine on the manual and the positive experience it contains for them to get involved in the local economy development for the purpose of hromadas improvement. I really hope that the manual will inspire other hromadas in Ukraine to take necessary steps to support the local economic growth and improve living standards of their inhabitants", - claimed Susan Kutor, the USAID Deputy Director.
