The manual «Local Economical Development in Territorial Hromadas: Useful Tips and Best Practices» is aimed at representatives of local self-government, businesses and hromadas residents, willing to create a favorable economic environment on their territory.

The manual has been developed on the basis of the methodology by the USAID DOBRE Programme on local economic development and the experience of consultants, having worked with 75 hromadas, while developing local economic development programmes.
