Involving citizens in land resources management in hromadas – research outcomes
Why do few hromadas apply ІТ-solutions in land management? Does the ІТ- solutions availability influence citizens’ involvement? How to «properly» introduce digital solutions in a hromada?
In 2020 the project «Transparent lands: involving citizens in transparent Ukrainian hromada land resources management» was implemented, funded by the EU within the EASTERN PARTNERSHIP CIVIL SOCIETY FACILITY initiative. The project was aimed at facilitating citizens’ involvement for the sake of transparent and efficient land management in hromadas, introduction of high quality ІТ-solutions, access to land resources information.
