On March, 24 the Government passed the Procedure and conditions of providing a subvention from the state budget to local budgets for ASC network development (Resolution №249).

UAH 231 million will be allotted by the state for hromadas to ensure administrative services quality improvement. The main budget holder of the subvention funds is the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
