Drafting the Municipal Code of Ukraine – the first task of the Congress
The first global issue for the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities to focus on is drafting the Municipal Code of Ukraine. It was claimed by President Volodymyr Zelenskyi, initiating the Congress formation.
«There are different visions and patterns of the document. I think you will succeed in developing a code to facilitate not only development of certain regions but also strengthening of a unitary indecomposable Ukraine», – claimed the Head of the state.
