Local communal infrastructure development is the main task of local self-government. But how to borrow resources for local development? What is suggested by the financial system and the legislative basis of Ukraine?

These questions can be answered during the DESPRO Project webinar " Local loans via municipal loan stock issue to fund local investment projects".

The event will be held at 11.00 A.M. on February, 9 for local self-government representatives of the Sumy, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhia regions.
