By the end of 2020 we have got a pleasant piece of news – the Vulyk information system can cooperate with the Diia app.
It means that, while applying for an administrative service to an ASC with Vulyk, a person doesn’t have to bring paper document copies, identifying the person – if the app is available at the applicant’s smart phone. The applicant can submit e-copies of such documents as an ID-card, a foreign passport, tax payer individual number certificate for the ASC to provide services.
According to Mari Pedak, the head of the EGOV4UKRAINE
project, it is an important outcome of 2020 which was hard, full of challenges and crises but digital transformation turned out to be successful.
