Experience of working with 75 hromadas-partners of the DOBRE Programme testifies to the fact that the unified agreement register is quite rarely available. As a result, agreements are amended or terminated untimely. Proper communication between divisions of the local self-government body is also absent, aggravating claim work and control over abiding by all made court decisions.
