On certain aspects of transferring common property civil right objects of rayon villages, settlement and towns to the hromadas proprietorship

Currently civil rights objects that used to belong to the common proprietorship of the rayon villages, settlements and towns, are being transferred to the hromadas proprietorship all over Ukraine. Expert Vira Kozina highlights peculiarities of the process in the material.
