One of these days the DOBRE Programme has publicized the manual «Hromada Property Management Tools». To simplify comprehension of the manual material the Programme has developed a set of video-lessons, dedicated to the issues that are topical for territorial hromadas.
The first video-lesson highlights introduction of the self-government control in hromadas.
