The USAID DOBRE Programme encourages hromadas-partners to actively study Ukrainian and foreign development experience. Each hromada is trying to find complex issue solutions. Nevertheless, it is sufficient to look around and find out that there are hromadas having already solved similar problems and being able to share their experience.
In 2017 the Programme introduced the national exchange programme, including short-term visits. So far the programme has made information visits. 600 participants have visited hromadas to study sports, education, tourism, agricultural cooperatives, street lighting, co-working centres, robotics and local economic development agencies services.
