To assist hromadas in agricultural land plots transfer from the state to the communal ownership, Association of Ukrainian Cities, jointly with StateGeoCadastre, has developed the Manual on Agricultural Land Plots Transfer from the State Ownership to the Communal one.

"Association of Ukrainian Cities has actively participated in developing bill №2194, implementation of which will solve a set of problems in the field of land relations. According to calculations made by AUC, by the end of the year, if the worst comes to the worst at the beginning of the next year, the mechanism of agricultural land transfer from the state ownership to the communal one must be completed, - said Oleksandr Slobozhan, AUC executive director, during the manual presentation at the Ukraine Crisis Media Centre.
