H hour for decentralisation: how to prevent the local self-government collapse
Tomorrow the Verkhovna Rada has to consider in its second reading bill 3651-d on harmonizing certain issues of the organization and functioning of the local self-government bodies and rayon state administrations.
Today the line administrative and territorial arrangement committee has considered all 196 amendments to bill 3651-d. This vital for hromadas bill is hoped to be supported at 9 A.M. tomorrow.
