On October, 30, 2020 a draft of Law on amending Law of Ukraine On Local State Administrations and some other enactments of Ukraine on reforming the executive power territorial arrangement in Ukraine №4298 was registered at the Verkhovna Rada.

The draft text will be publicized on Monday.

The law draft is reported to be focused on structuring the local state administrations authorities, the perspective of amending the Constitutions having been considered. Local state administrations are supposed to perform three main functions: coordinating the activity of territorial subdivisions of the executive power central bodies, ensuring justice on the territory, as well as further functioning as an executive body of oblast and rayon councils until the Constitution has been amended.
