The Collection of Regulation Samples, Necessary for Mobile ASCs to Function Effectively has been developed within the UNDP, funded by the government of Canada, for the purpose of assisting hromadas in providing quality administrative services with the help of a mobile ASC (including a mobile case) and establishing its efficient functioning.

Alongside with the relative commentaries and recommendations, the Manual offers samples (drafts) of documents that can be useful while preparing drafts of decisions of local councils, their executive bodies or while organizing the relative administers’ mobile remote work stations functioning.
