Experts of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, aimed at enhancing administrative services provision quality, has launched a talk-show for all those concerned about administrative services and powers delegation to the local level.

The topic of the pilot programme is funding ASCs and an administrative services fee. The studio guests – associations’ representatives, people’s deputies and experts – discussed the future of self-government bodies after new powers are delegated to them and the possibility of administrative services fee amount to be defined locally.
