Integrated social services models in hromadas

Contemporary approaches to social services in AHs involve creation of an integrated model of social services provision centre, uniting all social service providers available in an AH, regardless of their form of ownership. Applying the case-management method, it makes it possible to increase the number, diversity and quality of social services for hromada residents.

Within the UNO Recovery and Peacebuilding Programme, funded by the EU, there have been developed four models of integrated social services for Bilovodska, Bilokurakynska, Volnovaska and Soledarska hromadas. Important reasons for such models to have been created are transparent and comprehensive cooperation of different government agencies, providing citizens with assistance and an increasing demand for the service provision quality enhancement.
