The latest issue of the programme «Decentralisation. News Digest», created with support of the Swiss-Ukrainian Project “Decentralisation Support in Ukraine” (DESPRO), is dedicated to the Government’s approval of the perspective plans of forming hromada territories of four regions: the Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Sumy and Rivne regions.
