Trends of ASCs development in AHs

More than two years ago the U-LEAD with Europe Programme assisted 2 hromadas in establishing and upgrading ASCs within the Initial Phase of enhancing administrative services provision. Nowadays we are able to make conclusions and define positive and negative trends in ASCs work, as well as the state policy impact on their activity (generalized infographics, a complete report).

Generally, the positive dynamics of ASCs development can be observed, particularly, in the issues that can be solved by the local self-government bodies independently. The majority of ASCs of the Initial Phase are appropriate as they provide the most important service groups (as a rule, 8-10 groups of the most popular services).
