The Association of Ukrainian Cities announces launching the training course « Building a Dialogue in a Hromada» from «The Decentralisation Academy Lecture Centre», starting on April, 27, 2020. The online course has been created within the USAID project «developing a course for strengthening the local self-government in Ukraine», being implemented by the Association of Ukrainian Cities jointly with the IREX Council in Ukraine. The Ostroh Academy National University became the training course partner.

The course will be of special interest for participants of the reform support groups, different professions representatives, who are eager to develop communication in a hromada: librarians, teachers, students, public organisations, hromada initiative residents, deputies and heads of AHs departments.
