The land market. 2178-10
On March, 31, 2020 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved in the second reading Law of Ukraine № 2178-10 On Amending some Legislation on the Agricultural Lands Circulation. The moratorium, introduced in 1992 has been finally cancelled but the market itself will start working only in July of 2021. The details of the law can be read in the review by Oleksandr Hnitetskyi, a special planning expert of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme.
