An expert has developed a Tool of Assessing the AH Capability Level
According to the government Methodology of Capable AH Formation, the SKL expert has prepared a tool of assessing AH capability level for the purpose of quick assessment and comparison of AH different variants.
The tool must enable the local authorities to assess and form capable AHs. It will be also useful for those working over forming capable hromadas, and all those indifferent to the territorial power organization in Ukraine and interested in assessing project AHs.
