Practical seminars Peculiarities of Serving in the Local Self-Government Bodies are held for civil servants of amalgamated hromadas in the regions with support from the Council of Europe programme entitled Decentarlisation and the Local Self-Government Reform in Ukraine.

Seminar participants are learning the theory of the legislative provision of the whole cycle of service in the local self-government bodies: hiring, promoting, competitive selection, qualification criteria in terms of education, work experience, candidates’ specialisation, transfer within a local self-government body, including transfer from the public service, advanced training, HR record management, etc.

In addition, a lot of attention is paid to the practical work during the seminars.
