The Youth Residence media centre, sponsored by USAID Programme “Decentralisation Offering Better Results and Efficiency” (DOBRE), has started working in Mykolaivska AH of the Petropavlivskyi district. As a result, having up-to-date equipment, young inhabitants of the hromada can implement various creative ideas.
