Experts have presented the White Book on the state policy in administrative services
Experts on enhancing the quality of providing the population with administrative services of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme have presented the White Book on the state policy in administrative services.
It is a road map of changes (40 propositions) to be adopted for the purpose of enhancing the quality of providing administrative services.
