On 10 December 2019, a conference “On the Road to a Service State” will be held in Kramatorsk on the occasion of the completion of support for the establishment of proper ASCs in the hromadas of the Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts.

The conference will present the results of cooperation of the Round 2 participants from the Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts and the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, results of technical assistance projects in these oblasts and review new opportunities for cooperation, exchange of experience and best practices in the field of administrative service delivery.

The conference “On the Road to a Service State” will last from 10:00 to 15:00. Venue: SA&GA Business Centre (41 Kramatorsky Boulevard, Kramatorsk, Donetsk Oblast).

AH heads, ASC heads and employees of the Donetsk and Luhansk Oblast hromadas are invited to participate. Admission is free subject to registration and confirmation letter.
