U-LEAD with Europe invites you to the opening of Administrative Service Centres, including four mobile ASCs, established and modernised with the Programme’s support, that will take place on 26-29 November:

On November 26, at 11:00 am, a mobile Administrative Service Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, will be presented in the Gulyaypilska urban AH of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

On 27 November, at 11:00 am, a newly established city and rayon Administrative Service Centre will be opened in the Chernihivska amalgamated hromada of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

On 28 November, at 12:00 pm, a mobile ASC will start operation in the city of Mohyliv-Podilskyi, Vinnytsia Oblast. The car equipped with special appliances and software will allow to deliver administrative services to residents in 52 remote settlements of the Mohyliv-Podilskyi Rayon.

On 28 November, 11:00 am, the Berezdivska AH of the Khmelnytskyi Oblast, will host the grand opening of a new ASC, which will provide administrative services to more than 8 thousand hromada residents.

On 28 November, at 11:00 am, a mobile ASC will start operation in Olevska AH of the Zhytomyr Oblast – the car is specially equipped to provide services, has necessary appliances and software.

On November 29, at 11:00 am, a new mobile ASC, established with the support of the Programme, will be presented in Ustiluzka AH of the Volyn Oblast. The ASC on wheels will allow to provide administrative services to residents in 25 remote settlements of the hromada.
