On 30 October, the first in the oblast Citizens' Safety Centre started operating in Luzhany city of the Mamayivska amalgamated hromada. The opening ceremony was attended by Serhiy Mykhaylyuk, head of the State Emergency Service Department in the Chernivtsi Oblast, Nataliya Katryuk, head of the Mamayivska AH, representatives of rescue services, heads of other AHs of the oblast and hromada residents.
