Moshchanytska AH formed in Rivne Oblast
The process of the Moshchanytska rural amalgamated hromada formation has completed in the Rivne Oblast, Ostroh Rayon.
According to Mykhailo Shelep, decentralisation adviser of the Rivne Local Government Development Centre, on 13 September Velbivno and on 16 September Moshchanytsia held village council session, which they took a final decision "On Voluntary Amalgamation of Territorial Hromadas”.
