В селе Конопляное Ивановского района состоялась организационная встреча представителей местного самоуправления, Одесского регионального отделения Ассоциации городов Украины и Офиса реформ по вопросам децентрализации. Встреча была посвящена вопросам создания Коноплянской территориальной объединенной громады и проблемам, которые возникают на этом пути. На встрече побывал корреспондент ИзбирКома.
