According to the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the Oblast State Administration, the Solone rural territorial community of the Vilnyansk Rayon (Solone village) has voluntarily accessed the Pavlivka village council of the Vilnyansk Rayon, Zaporizhzhia Oblast. In fact, the Pavlivska AH with its centre in the village of Pavlivka was formed as a result of voluntary amalgamation and was recognised as a capable by decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No 485-r.
