The Vyshnivetska AH is expanding as the Dzvynyacha village council joins it. The final decision was made at the session of the Vyshnivtsi village council on 20 August. Now it is necessary to wait for the CEC's resolution on the appointment of the elections of deputies who will represent Dzvynyacha in the deputy corps of the hromada.

According to Mykhailo Lysykanych, legal adviser of the Ternopil Local Government Development Centre, in the perspective plan, the Dzvynyacha village council from the very beginning of the decentralisation process belonged with the Vyshnivetska AH.
