150 hromadas can establish fully operational administrative service centres with the assistance the team of the “U-LEAD with Europe” Programme that is responsible for the quality improvement of administrative services for citizens.

The expert commission examined 179 applications from 24 oblasts of Ukraine and selected 150 of them to analyse the capacities of the respective hromadas in detail and to prepare individual terms of reference for the build-up or modernization of their ASCs.
