On 26 July 2019, there were sessions of the Rozvazh Village and Ostroh City Councils that made final decisions on joining the village of Rozvazh to Ostroh, city of oblast significance.

After that, at the session of the city council, decisions were made to start reorganising the village council and to fulfill starosta’s functions, as well as other decisions that the city council had to accept being a successor to the village council.
By the way, agreements between the heads of two hromadas to extend the AH were reached in the process of preparing for the procedure of joining the village to the city.
