The Yamnytska AH, being the only one among oblast’s hromadas that pays a reverse subsidy and returns funds into the state budget, is going to be joined by another village council this year. The village of Rybne from the Tysmenytsia Rayon will voluntary access this hromada. Last week, the Yamnytska AH received a conclusion from the oblast state administration confirming the legal compliance of all resolutions concerning the accession of the Rybne village council.
The Village of Rybne according to the Perspective Plan was to enter the Ivano-Frankivska urban hromada. However, at the end of 2018, amendments to this document were made and the village of Rybne was joined the Yamnytska hromada. The Ivano-Frankivsk Local Government Development Centre admits that the Perspective Plan is a dynamic document and it must, above all, meet the today’s realities and take into account as far as possible the wishes of the territorial hromadas. This has happened in the above-mentioned case.
