First Civil Security Centre Opens in Odesa Oblast

On 16 July, the Avangardivska AH opened the first Civil Security Centre in the Odesa Oblast.

19 similar projects have been implemented in Ukraine since 2016, including facilities in the Ivano-Frankivsk, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, Vinnytsia, Cherkasy and Donetsk Oblasts.

Oleh Melchutskyi, First Deputy Head of the State Emergency Service, congratulated the residents of the hromada: “The opening of such a solid facility will enable the emergency units to do their job properly and will bring peace of mind, security and confidence to the hromada residents.”
