The U-LEAD with Europe Programme consultants provided methodological recommendations and sample documents that will help organise the local self-government activities of AHs, accessed by village councils on 30 June (DOWNLOAD 3,6 MB).

The experts used the Ukrainian decentralisation experience, took into account typical mistakes and regional peculiarities, as well as local self-government practices of territorial communities that agreed to voluntary amalgamation during 2015-2018.

It should be recalled that on 30 June 2019, additional elections will be held in 30 amalgamated hromadas in 13 oblasts. In general, 50 neighbouring village councils will join these AHs.
