First steps of newly formed AHs: experts provided methodological recommendations and sample documents
Experts from the U-LEAD with Europe Programme have created a manual for amalgamated hromadas, where elections will be held on 30 June this year.
The manual provides methodological recommendations and sample documents for newly-formed AHs, as well as an algorithm for the immediate steps hromadas need to take after the election
