A third AH around the city of oblast significance of Konotop was formed in the Sumy Oblast, as reported by the Sumy Local Government Development Centre of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme.

“At the session of the Konotop City Council the final decision was taken on the voluntary accession of the Pidlypne rural territorial community to the territorial community of the city of oblast significance of Konotop. This means the completion of the accession procedure in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Voluntary Amalgamation of Territorial Hromadas” and formation of the Konotopska urban amalgamated hromada,” the LGDC informed.
