There have been no AHs in the Pokrovsk Rayon of the Donetsk Oblast so far. According to the Perspective Plan for the Formation of Territorial Hromadas of the Donetsk Oblast, the latest amendments to which were approved by the Cabinet of Ministers in November last year, three AHs should be formed on the territory of the Pokrovsk Rayon.

To explain the prospects of the reform to local self-government representatives in rural and settlement areas, the team of the Donetsk Local Government Development Centre, established by the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, conducted a seminar on “The benefits of financial decentralisation”. The event was attended by financial and accounting specialists of village councils, administrators of rayon budget funds.
