In May 2019, deputies of the village council approved the Strategic Plan for the development of the Sosnytska amalgamated hromada by 2027.

Andriy Tkach, Head of the Department of Economic Development, Trade and Investment of the Sosnytsia Village Council, said: “The programme document outlines unique advantages and defines the priorities for the development of the Sosnytska AH by 2027".

The strategic vision is formulated as follows: "The Sosnytska AH is Dovzhenko’s land with a glorious historical heritage, investment-attractive hromada with a developed sector of tourist and recreational services and infrastructure, ecologically safe and innovative agricultural production and processing, successful small business, socially responsible, creative and economically self-sufficient hromada of equal opportunities.”
