Experts of the USAID Programme “Decentralisation for Better Results and Effectiveness” (DOBRE) have developed the practice-oriented handbook for amalgamated hromadas “Activation of Youth and Engagement of Young People for the Development of Hromadas” (DOWNLOAD PDF 19.8 MB).
The publication deals with the typical challenges of youth policy in small hromadas, examines the mechanisms and best practices for involving young people, and suggests ways to strengthen the interaction of authorities with young people.
The content is based on practical examples of joint work of specialists from the USAID DOBRE Programme with hromadas.
Also, the handbook will be useful for activists, volunteers and residents of AHs.
