Waste recycling station to be built in Donetsk Oblast

The solid household waste recycling station will be built in the Oleksandrivska amalgamated hromada to provide local residents with additional working places and increase budget revenues.

Garbage will be brought to the station from 42 villages of the Oleksandrivska AH, as well as parts of the Dobropillia Rayon. The project cost is UAH 55 million allocated from the Donetsk Oblast Environmental Fund. Construction works in Oleksandrivka are planned to finish by the end of 2019. According to Andrii Osadchyi, such a station is already located in Kramatorsk, and similar projects will also appear in Bakhmut, Toretsk and Dobropillia.
