“Our hromada has passed the first selection round to get U-LEAD with Europe Programme’s assistance in modern ASC establishment,” says Vasyl Kolisnyk, head of the Matusivska AH. “We have already renovated premises with a total area of ​​111 sq. m: equipped the room for administrators, registrars, waiting room, mother-and-child room, and a bathroom for people with special needs.”

Major repairs were made at the expense of the local budget – UAH 648 thousand.

In the framework of international technical assistance, the hromada will receive equipment and software free of charge, besides, information and technological cards of administrative services will be prepared in accordance with international standards.

The AH also signed an intermunicipal cooperation agreement with a neighbouring settlement, whose residents will be able to get administrative services provided by the ASC of the Matusivska AH.

According to Viktoria Shurduk, hromada project manager, this year the AH plans to open a mini-football field worth of UAH 1.5 million with co-financing from the state and local budgets. A set of street sports simulators for a sum of UAH 71 thousand have already been installed in the hromada.

The Matusivska AH also plans to repair roads using almost UAH 2 million of the SFRD funds. The hromada has already created its own communal enterprise and purchased the necessary asphalt recycler, that will allow high-quality and efficient road repair on AH territory.
