The deputy head on humanitarian issues and social policy of one of the Halytsynivska AH, the wealthiest hromada in the Mykolayiv Oblast is 27-year-old Viktor Sikalenko, head of the NGO “Sustainable Development Club “Southern Initiative”, winner of the US Agency for International Development Project Competition within the “Join” Programme.
He was born and now is living in the village of Lymany, Vitovka Rayon. At school Viktor was engaged in social activities, participated in various projects. He graduated from the Mykolayiv National Agrarian University, received specialty in agronomy, and finished the postgraduate study programme.
