Territorial hromadas of the Dobryanka settlement, Hornostayivka, Klubivka, Novi Yarylovychi, Oleshnya village councils of the Ripky Rayon of the Chernihiv Oblast amalgamated in the Dobryanska settlement AH with the centre in the village of Dobryanka.

This is the second hromada in the oblast, which completes amalgamation procedure this year. There are currently 39 AHs in the Chernihiv Oblast. Another 6 are waiting for the elections.
