Bringing public services closer to citizens: chatbots to inform citizens about status of requested biometrical documents

On 12 March, a new electronic service was presented at Ukrinform information agency that allows receiving individual consultations followed by personal messages about the processing status of biometrical documents requested by applicants.

From now on, citizens can use the popular messengers Viber and Telegram to receive consultations concerning the issuance of all biometrical documents belonging to the area of responsibility of the State Migration Service of Ukraine – ID-card, travel passport as well as permanent and temporary residence permits for foreign citizens and stateless persons.
